Weekend News

Well we met with our listing agent on Friday and got our house all ready to put on the market. As of today our house is for sale! She feels that it will go quickly, which we hope it does. There aren't a lot of houses in our price range, only 7 in longview, and we priced ours very competitively so lets hope she's right. She had us go through our house and move things and take down things to make it more appealing to a buyer, and it is so weird. Our house feels so empty, it doesn't feel like our house! Charlie also talked to our buying agent in Houston and the mortgage people on Friday. They have given us a full approval and we are going down the weekend before Christmas to shop for houses! I'm thinking the timeline will work out that we will be in Houston in Jan or Feb. So now that your up to date on that. Charlie stayed home on Saturday to get some stuff done before we show our house and Mack and I went to Canton Trade Days to see Alicia, Gabe, and the girls. Well Emma stayed with a friend so we didn't get to see her, but we did get to see the other three. Allie is so in love with Mackenzie! She wants to hold her all the time and hug on her! When Mack took a nap in the stroller I think Allie took 100 pictures of her with her phone! It had been couple months since we saw them last so it was great to spend a few hours with them.
